Kentucky Office of Bar Admissions

        Certification of character and fitness eligibility of the applicant shall be valid for a period of 3 years. An applicant whose certification of eligibility is granted 3 years or more from the date of the examination for which they are applying must apply for re-certification of character and fitness on a form provided by the Committee, along with a fee of $200.00.
