Attorney Participants in Defender or Legal Services Programs SCR 2.112

This rule applies to an attorney who is not a member of the bar of this Commonwealth who, after receiving their J.D. degree from a law school approved by the ABA or the AALS and having been admitted to practice law in the highest Court of another state, and is an employee of an organized public defender program or an organized legal services program in this Commonwealth providing legal assistance to indigent persons.  This type of admission is limited to 18 months.
