Admission Without Examination
SCR 2.110

Pursuant to SCR 2.110, Kentucky has a provision for admission without taking the bar examination for attorneys who have been admitted to practice law in a state(s) which has reciprocity with Kentucky.  The attorney must have practiced law for five of the seven years next preceding the filing of an application and meet all other requirements for admission under this rule.

See reciprocity information for a list of states with which Kentucky has reciprocity.
