How will I know my application has been received?

You will receive a receipt for payment of the application fee from the Supreme Court Clerk’s Office, which will indicate that your application has been received and filed with the Supreme Court.  Once the Clerk’s office files the application, it will be sent to the Office of Bar Admissions for processing.  At that time, we will send by e-mail a letter notifying you that your application has been received in our office.  This letter will inform you of any items that are missing from your application upon the initial review, confirm which portion of the exam you are registered for and correct spelling of your name in our records.  NOTE:  Please be patient to receive the confirmation of receipt of your application from both the Clerk office and the Office of Bar Admissions, as it can take time to process the volume of applications received.
