What do I do if I want to withdraw from the bar exam?

All withdrawals from the bar examination must be made in writing to the Kentucky Office of Bar Admissions no later than five (5) days prior to the bar examination for which they have applied.  If the withdrawal is not received by the five day cutoff, $175 of the total fee paid will be forfeited and the remaining portion will not be re-fundable. When re-applying, applicants will be required to pay the $175 fee in addition to the $75 re-application fee.

Withdraws may be received by postal mail, e-mail or by fax.
