Must supplemental items such as driving records, criminal history records, etc. be received at the time I file my application?


No, any of the supplemental items can be sent prior to or after filing your application.  If any items are received prior to receipt of your application, we will hold them in a file and place them with your application when your application is received.  

If any of the items are received after your application is filed and received in this office, the deadline for receipt of those items is January 10th prior to the February exam and June 1st prior to the July exam.
