Are the Authorization & Release forms necessary?

Yes.  You are required to complete two (2) copies of the Authorization & Release forms located at the end of the bar application.   Completion of these forms by you authorizes the Office of Bar Admission/Character & Fitness Committee to process your application.  Your application cannot be processed unless these forms are signed by you and notarized.
