How do I obtain a copy of my application?

    Send a written request, along with a fee of $20 made payable to the Clerk of the Supreme Court of Kentucky to:

            Kentucky Office of Bar Admissions
            1510 Newtown Pike, Suite 156
            Lexington, KY  40511

    Please include the month and year you took the bar examination in your request, or if you were admitted without examination, the month and year you were admitted to the Kentucky Bar.  Also include the address to send the copy.

    If a copy of your application is no longer available, as records of the Kentucky Office of Bar Admissions are only retained for a period of 10 years, a letter stating that fact will be sent.
